I remember sitting here in Florida a year ago on this date, thinking about what I was going to write to our much smaller audience, and being humbly surprised that thousands of readers were interested in our perspectives, forecasts, and team input on everything from investments to real estate, employment, and much more.
The 2024 Year in Review & Our Best Moments2024 has been an incredible year of growth for MacroEdge. Our team, coverage, and data made national and local news - which took us from New York City, to Las Vegas, and much more. Our continued readership growth has been immense, and 2025 will us continue to expand our client & reader base across the United States. 2024 took us to nearly 155,000 article reads and over 3,100 in our reader network:

The Most Comprehensive Regional Market Coverage - Starting with SFH
In 2025, we’ll roll out comprehensive regional market coverage for residential real estate, starting with two smaller markets as our ‘pilot program’ for RESights data collection and market coverage. We’ll cover both existing and new builds in each market and expand into multifamily when we expand our data collection capability.
Included in regional coverage will be everything from homebuilding activity, to leading indicators such as billing for projects in the future, existing and new home sales volumes, and much more. This data will be available for view and analyzed & summarized in quarterly regional reports for markets we are initiating coverage on.
Data will be collected and reproduced visually, reflecting qualitative and quantitative responses from our network.The scope of this project we are developing is very large, but we’re excited about what it represents for our growth and relevance in one of America’s largest industries. As we expand and build out our single-family coverage, we’ll then add multifamily as the natural addition and transition, and move eventually to other sectors.
