Just landed back at home after a quick weekend in small ‘big’ city America (such great people). I have to tell you - I was very impressed and maybe not a bad spot for the new MacroEdge USA HQ in 2025, but more on that to come in our end-of-year update now that we’ve released our 2024 Q3 Roadmap update. This week is the Fed’s Jackson Hole symposium - which we anticipate as a time for them to discuss the looming easing cycle, weakening labor market, and cooling headline inflation data. Tonight’s update will be short - focusing specifically on Nevada and the state-level employment data, and the midweek report will provide a time to expand on some of the upcoming data to end the month of August.
